The “Artisans’ Market – Slow Food & Gourmet Hub”, inspired by Slow Food International’s Earth Market concept, has attracted over 7,000 visitors in its first three editions since 2023. In addition, the fair presents itself as the first fair in Romania built from recycled materials, thus aligning itself with the community’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

Exhibitor feedback:

We have attended many fairs in Bucharest in the past years, but this was by far the best. It’s great to see the cooperation that has been there, the bonds that have been created. Congratulations to all involved” (Melinis – producer of raw fruit honey)

“It was a real success and an innovation for Buzău and beyond” (One Beer later – craft beer producer)

Visitor feedback:

“High class atmosphere! I would enjoy hearing about the events you organize.”

“Congratulations! While in the centre of Buzău you can find saorma, waffles and kurtos-kalacs, towards the mountains, where the air is cleaner and the world is more serene, there are also such gastronomic oases.”

“I find it very beautiful, original, authentic, with a lot of green, with space, discreet, select, I think that’s the right word, with new things that have not been done so far in Buzău.”

“It was such a great experience! Quality food, fairytale playlist, great people and wonderful local producers. Don’t miss the next event!”

“Today I passed by there, I was pleasantly surprised by the place, the food was delicious, I had a cheesecake with a crazy cream of catina, what else, I would like to meet you again! Oh and I was delighted to see Charlie Otlley too…even if from a distance…..Savuros!”
