 Slow Food Romania Conference (taking place for the first time in Buzău) and
Artisan’s Market/ 4th Edition (taking place in the UNESCO Geopark Ținutul Buzăului).

The event lasts four days, from 23-26 May, and is a unique opportunity for both experienced Slow Food international movement enthusiasts and newcomers curious about artisan production to meet, share experiences and learn about new food concepts.

The programme is attractively designed to stimulate the senses, combining discussions about organic and artisanal food and drink with Slow Travel philosophy and UNESCO Geopark explorations.

This event is a worthy celebration of the Slow Food movement, an international initiative dedicated to preserving good food practices while advocating for good, clean and fair food for all.
