Culinary Autumn is a Slow Food Buzău initiative dedicated to celebrating local gastronomy and the culinary heritage of our county. It runs from mid-September to the end of November and brings people, places and tastes together in a season full of flavors and color. 🍂

Conceived as a series of events held in Slow Food member locations, Culinary Autumn highlights:
🥖 seasonal ingredients,
🍷 authentic recipes and local stories,
🌿 nature experiences and unforgettable meals,
Under the umbrella of good, clean and fair, events will include rustic brunches, picnics in Buzo landscapes, themed dinners, children’s workshops and seasonal produce festivals.

📅 October 4-5, 2025 – Artisan Market, 7th edition returns to the Slow Food & Gourmet Hub in Berca!
A weekend dedicated to the local community, with artisan producers, authentic tastes and Slow Food experiences. 🧀🍯
📅 October 19, 2025 – Oktoberfest
🇷🇴 Slow Food Buzău meets 🇩🇪 Slow Food Bavaria in a special Oktoberfest edition!
