Fall brings a new edition of the Artisan Market, the 7th meeting of those who believe in pure taste, living tradition and the joy of discovery. In the heart of the Buzăului region, where nature tells its story amid rolling hills and mud volcanoes, local artisans and producers come together in an event celebrating authentic simplicity.
🍁 What does the fall edition bring?
🥖 S easonal delights – hearth-baked corn bread, slow-cooked jams, homemade zacuscă, aged cheeses and preserves prepared according to old recipes.
🍇 Vineyard flavors – tastings of must and fall wines from Dealu Mare, accompanied by stories about grapes, soil and sun.
🔥 O pen-air kitchen – hot, slow-cooked, on-the-spot dishes with local ingredients and lots of soul. From fall soups and stews to rum pies and seasonal desserts.
🎭 Living traditions – demonstrations of crafts, weaving, wood carving and pottery – all made by skilled artisans with their own hands.
