Mihai is the co-founder of Miedăria – a mead producing company. In love with the Buzau Valley and believing in the potential of the area, in 2014 he returned to Pătârlagele. He started on the honey road as a beekeeper, then built the workshop where he packaged different kinds of honey with dried fruits or nuts, under the name Primitiv foods.
Always looking for other products that could be made from honey, he discovered a new variety of mead. After a few years of testing and documentation he launched the Miedăria in 2022.
