Taking part in the pickling workshop, based on reinterpreted traditional recipes, brings with it a number of exciting benefits. This interactive experience can be seen as a journey that begins with the nostalgia of times gone by and ends with the joy of the present.
By reinterpreting traditional pickle recipes, you will have the opportunity to explore new combinations of flavours and textures, enhancing your knowledge in a fun and practical way. The interactive experience gives you the chance to try out tricks in the art of canning.

On request, we offer Slow Food meals at one of our community partners.
This activity is also suitable for teambuildings, small teams.
On weekends the offer is only valid in accommodation with half board.
