Melinis is a 100% Romanian brand, producing a wide range of fresh fruit blended with natural acacia honey.
The story begins in Buzău, in the Nișcov valley, a tributary of the Buzău river. The depression is covered by forests and vineyards of Dealu Mare, so the area is sheltered from the pollution of big cities and industrial centres.
The fruit is blended with honey in such a way that the vegetable matter is preserved intact in terms of texture, properties, flavour and colour. The composition remains stable over a long period of time. Special dosing and packaging machines are used, machines that control humidity and air purity, but much of the work is done by hand.
