One Beer Later is a half-French, half-Romanian team producing craft beer from 100% Romanian malt. Production is carried out in Buzău County, using mostly local ingredients.
The idea for this production came from Francois, a brewer for more than 20 years, with this passion passed down from father to son from his great-grandfather, a Belgian settled in France. The continuation followed from his partner, Ionuț, who, tasting the beer produced by Francois, realized that it should not be kept only for them.
