One Beer Later is a half-French, half-Romanian team producing craft beer from 100% Romanian malt. Production is carried out in Buzău County, using mostly local ingredients.
The idea for this production came from Francois, a brewer for more than 20 years, a passion passed down from father to son from his great-grandfather, a Belgian settled in France.
