Antica Roma – Italian cuisine with Buzo influences
Antica Roma Restaurant, located in the center of Buzău, combines traditional Italian cuisine with regional and seasonal ingredients from Buzău County. Founded by Chef Andrea Pascu, the restaurant is the result of 20 years of experience gained in Italy, where Andrea worked as a chef and attended five years of school at the Italian Cooking Federation.
Chef Andrea Pascu is a dedicated supporter of the Slow Food movement, being active both in Slow Food Italy and now in Slow Food Buzău. At Antica Roma, she brings a unique mix of reinterpreted Italian dishes, using fresh local ingredients supplied by Slow Food partners in the region, as well as authentic products imported directly from Italy.

The restaurant is part of the Slow Food Buzău community network, promoting its members’ products on the daily menu. In addition, his dishes are also available at the Artisan Market – Slow Food & Gourmet Hub Buzău, a space dedicated to artisan and gourmet products.
