Slow Food believes that by understanding where food comes from, how it was produced and by whom, children can learn how to combine pleasure and responsibility in their daily choices, appreciate the cultural and social importance of food and understand the impact of food production on the environment.
We organize educational-fun workshops that can be booked separately or as a package during excursions, Green Weeks, camps or during family holidays in Buzau County.
All workshops are interactive and connect children to nature through hands-on experiences.
Exposing children to an artisanal producer brings greater clarity to the Slow Food concept and greater awareness of the environment, healthy eating, how food is grown.
Groups: min. 20, max. 50 children
Period: February – July, September – November (themes depending on the season)
The programme is designed for primary school children. For older children we can offer a personalised programme.
